Si por alguna raz\u00f3n necesitas realizar una devoluci\u00f3n o cambio, hemos establecido los siguientes lineamientos para garantizar un proceso \u00e1gil y transparente.<br \/><br \/><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>1. Condiciones Generales<\/strong><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Para que una solicitud de devoluci\u00f3n sea procesada, el producto debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">Debe estar en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregado (<b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"59\">sin cortes, inscripciones o manipulaciones<\/b> que alteren su estado original).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\">Debe conservar su embalaje original y etiquetas de identificaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\">Se debe presentar el comprobante de compra (factura o remito).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><strong>2. Plazos para la Solicitud<\/strong><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"9\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Disconformidad o Arrepentimiento:<\/b> El cliente dispone de un plazo de <b data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"68\">10 d\u00edas corridos<\/b> desde la recepci\u00f3n de la mercader\u00eda para solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n (conforme a la normativa de defensa del consumidor).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Defectos de Fabricaci\u00f3n:<\/b> En caso de detectar fallas t\u00e9cnicas o de calidad, el plazo se extiende seg\u00fan la garant\u00eda espec\u00edfica del producto. Recomendamos inspeccionar el material antes de proceder a su corte o instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/><\/strong><strong>3. Procedimiento de Gesti\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Notificaci\u00f3n:<\/b> Env\u00eda un correo electr\u00f3nico a [insertar email de contacto, ej: ventas@tevinor.com.ar] o comun\u00edcate v\u00eda WhatsApp indicando n\u00famero de pedido y motivo.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Inspecci\u00f3n:<\/b> Nuestro equipo t\u00e9cnico evaluar\u00e1 la solicitud. En casos de fallas de material, se podr\u00e1 requerir el env\u00edo de fotograf\u00edas o una muestra f\u00edsica.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Resoluci\u00f3n:<\/b> Una vez aprobada la devoluci\u00f3n, se coordinar\u00e1 el retiro del material o la entrega en planta.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><strong>4. Cambios y Reembolsos<\/strong><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"13\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cambio de Producto:<\/b> Sujeto a disponibilidad de stock. Si existe una diferencia de precio, deber\u00e1 ser abonada previamente.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Reembolso:<\/b> Se realizar\u00e1 por el mismo medio de pago utilizado en la compra, una vez que el producto haya ingresado a nuestro dep\u00f3sito y verificado su estado.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><strong>5.
